After completing the final inspection at your project here is a list of items that will need to be completed before final
may be approved.
1. Address numbers shall be required on the street side of the property and shall be in contrast with color on
structure.
2. Hand rail shall be required on front deck per code.
3. 4" sphere shall not pass through the space between treads considered to be the riser.
4. Usable space under stairs shall be covered completely with 5/8" type X GWB light fixture will be required to be
moved to complete this task.
5. Seal w/c at floor with an approved tub and tile caulking.
6. Seal counter tops at wall junctions or install backsplash if applicable.
7. Exhaust hood (at cook top)required to be installed and sealed per code.
8. Install dish washer or J box/cover..
9. Electrical final required before building final can be approved.
10. Clean exterior from debris and material.

Proposed work is due to fire damage. Plans show that a
second floor deck was constructed in a nonconforming area of
the structure w/an access door and wing wall w/o permitting.
The deck,wingwall, and door must be removed to bring
structure into conformity with zoning and building codes.
Interior work is permitted.
