WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles charges various rates for utilities, services, and other costs; and WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Angeles has determined it is in the best interests of the City of Port Angeles to provide a single, efficient, and convenient listing of all rates charged by the City; and WHEREAS, such a listing better facilitates the updating and uniform review of such rates on a periodic basis; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles that: That the Rate Schedule of the City of Port Angeles is adopted as set forth in Attachment A.
