RESOLUTION NO. 0 0- 7-3
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles,
Washington, adopting the City of Port Angeles Rate Schedule.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles charges various rates for utilities, services, and other
costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Angeles has determined it is in the best
interests of the City of Port Angeles to provide a single, efficient, and convenient listing of all
rates charged by the City; and
WHEREAS, such a listing better facilitates the updating and uniform review of such rates
on a periodic basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles that:
That the Rate Schedule of the City of Port Angeles is adopted as set forth in Attachment A.
PASSED bytheCity Council of the City of Port Angeles at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day o �14� 023.
