CONTRACT
Scope of Work: Contractor will do the following: Replacement of Roofing
1. Remove existing roofmg and haul debris to land fill.
2. Prep existing roof system for new roofing.
3. Install base coat.
4. Install granulated 20 -year Torch Down roofing (2,500 sq. feet).
5. Install new metal flashing.
6. Owner will pay contractor a start -up fee of $2000.00 to begin work.
7 Contractor will notify the owner of the cost of repairing any unforeseen
problems with roof surface etc. Additional costs are not included in this
contract price.
8. Owner will pick up permit. Cost of the permit will be deducted from price of
this contract.
