Zuzana,
I think the leaks were due to his welding gun fluctuating in heat. I was up
today with him for about 4 hours He d switched guns, which seemed to
eliminate the problem I had him double check everything after that and then
flooded it for about an hour each side I let the north side run longer
after I left and had Todd's guys turn it off (I called Todd to make sure it
got turned off) I wanted to make sure it ran long enough so that a leak
would appear (if indeed there was one)
I've called Tracy's to install the ceiling insulation and will call Jim L.
to inspect it once it's installed and then give Greg Moon the go ahead to
finish the drywall By the way The drywallers textured today
That's the latest.

We had quite a little rainstorm last night which revealed one small leak.
Mike found a spot in the weld and repaired it. I had not flood tested yet,
at that point. This afternoon I put a garden sprinkler on it for about 45
minutes, which showed another small spot. He will go over all the seams
again and I will test again Todd will install the doors and continue
siding tomorrow as leak seems to be in the field
I'll call the insulaters once the repairs have tested satisfactorly

Chuck, Thank you very much for checking I am glad that Mike filled in the
nail indents and seems and sanded I do not begrudge him the weekend
although I am concerned with having a place to put the 'stuff' My only
concern is that it is done right this time so I do not have an unexpected
leak some months later Thank you for 'flooding my house' to test the
decks!!! Use a lot of water!!!
Should I call the insulation folks to tell them when to start or would you
kindly do it since you will have a better sense of when they can return?

Zuzana,
I was up to your project this morning Michael was not there, but had been
earlier He d squeegeed off the dew and was waiting for the temperature to
warm up All the south side was glued and he had started the sidewall
flashing The north side was half glued down and the remainder cut and laid
down I was able to fold back and inspect the prep He had filled the nail
holes and seams, and sanded
Whenever someone promises to work the weekend I take it with a grain of

worked over the weekend but. maybe not full time (my guess) Still he

He has seen roofers do it at some of the houses he built. He can serve as
an adviser if need be and as a control officer' I am sure. He is always
very discreet and would never ruffle anybody's feathers (Thank you Todd!)
