2)Rear cellar stairway: Install a proper handrail.

insulating glass. Trim and finish the interior and exterior.

1600 l)Install new hardwired smoke alarms with battery backup
throughout the house to code. Alarms to be inter-tied.
2)Safe up electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, junction
boxes and connections throughout the house. All fixtures and
connections to have proper junction boxes. Insure that all
3-prong outlets are properly grounded and that all other
outlets have proper polarity. Insure that the electric panel
in the rear porch is properly wired and labeled.
3)Rear entry: Install a new exterior security light over the
entryway and connect to a new switch to be located inside
the porch entry.
4)Bathroom: Install a GFI protected outlet near the sink.
5)Properly install the dusk/dawn security light at the SE
corner of the house.
6)Rear covered patio area: Install a new GFI protected
outlet. Homeowner to designate location.
7)Rear covered patio area: Insure that (1) existing outlet
is properly wired and grounded.
8)SE. bedroom: Disconnect and close off the outlet over the
electric baseboard heater and replace with a new outlet
(relocate to code).
