I am writing this letter to inform you of the status of the above permit. The permit expired on
February 21, 2012. We have attempted to contact you but did not receive a return call. This will be
our final attempt to resolve the status of the permit. If we do not receive a response from you
regarding the above permit by April 20, 2012, we will consider the permit abandoned and will
expire the permit.
