Kyle stated that you were planning on taking his request to the PBIA Board on Monday 07-14-08, and that you would phone him on 07-15-08 with an answer to his request. He left me a phone message today stating that he has left you several phone messages, but hasn't heard from you yet. Has a decision been made about his request? If he needs to pay the PBIA fee, then I will pursue that on my end. After he pays, then he can receive the inspections he needs and obtain his Certificate of Occupancy. I look forward to your reply.
