Additionally, the standoff bracket securing the conduit is currently positioned too low. Per Chapter 8 of the Service Standards and Guidelines (see Figure 15), the standoff must be relocated and securely fastened to the pole at a minimum height of 8 feet above ground level. Please make the necessary adjustments to comply with these requirements.
