City of Port Angeles Council Meeting Agenda Summary

Public hearings are set by the City Council in order to meet legal requirements. City Council may set a public hearing in order to
receive public input prior to making decisions which impact citizens. Certain matters may be controversial and City Council may
choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process.
10. MOVED TO CONSENT AGENDA / J-2 - CON 2024-04, Marine Drive Pavement, Award Construction Contract / 1) Award
a construction contract to Lakeside Industries of Port Angeles, WA, for the Marine Drive Pavement Project CON 2024-04 in
the amount of $809,432.50, including applicable taxes, and 2) authorize the City Manager to sign and make minor
modifications to the contract if necessary.
