MOVED TO CONSENT AGEDA / Downtown Tree and Sidewalk Replacement Phase 3 Project TR0918, Change Order No.2 / 1) Approve Construction Change Order No. 02 with Interwest Construction Inc., increasing the total contract value by $42,542.00 to a new contract amount of $467,221, and 2) authorize the City Manager to sign the change order and make minor modifications, as necessary.
