ADDED TO CONSENT / J-4 Decant Facility Design – Amendment 4 (PSA-2020-13) / Authorize the City Manager to purchase a Type 1 Fire Department Engine with Rosenbauer South Dakota, LLC in an amount not to exceed of $899,022.00 including taxes and 2) to sign agreements associated with the purchase and make minor modifications to the purchase contract if necessary, and 3) to surplus and direct the sale of the replaced vehicle once the new vehicle is placed into service. City Council may set a public hearing in order to receive public input prior to making decisions which impact citizens.
