0400 1)Repair the top of the chimney servicing the oil fired
boiler.
2)Repoint and cap the exposed upper section (10 rows) of the
fireplace chimney. Install a new chimney flu cap. Include
repair/patching of the stucco near the base of the chimney.
1500 l)Basement: Install a proper extension pipe on the water
heater pressure relief valve.
2)Basement: Replace a leaky/defective pressure relief valve
on the hot water heat boiler.
