\ plan submittal requirements if you have questions.
VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION: In all cases, a valuation amount must be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed
and may be revised by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 417 -4815 for assistance.
PLAN CHECK FEE: IF a plan check fee is due it must be submitted at the time the building permit application and construction plans are
submitted. Allotherpemnt fees are due at the time of penpitissuance.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW: If no permit is issued within 180 days cifthe date cifapplicaticin, the application will expire. The
Building Official can extend the time for action by the applicant up to 180 days upon written request by the applicant (see Section 107.4 of
the Uniform Building Code, current edition). No application can be extended more than once.

Lot 13: The City electrical crew will install a service triplex wire from the
transformer pole to the pole near the southeasterly comer of the lot. The Late Comers
Fee, meter and service wire installation is $674.70.
The customer/contractor will be responsible for the installation and future maintenance of the
underground service wires and risers from the poles to. the meter bases.
Payment of the $460.70 fee for Lot 12 and the $674.70 fee for Lot 13 will authorize the City
to schedule connection.
The above fees do not include the electrical permits. Contact the Electrical Inspector Al
Oman at 360-417-4735 for permit fees.
