RE : Temporary Occupancy
Dear Mr. Terris:
This letter is in regards to the request for an additional temporary occupancy certificate for the proposed buyer of
Loti I , Eckard Heights, more commonly know as 1152 Eckard Ave, Port Angeles, Washington 98362. Approval
for the temporary occupancy will be for the above referenced dwelling unit only.
Conditions for the temporary occupancy that must be completed prior to final occupancy certificate are as follows:
All requirements and improvements to Eckard lIeights shall be completed by August 3, 2006, to City
Standards as required by the City Engineer as identified in Assignment of Saving Agreement established
between Jeff Priest, Westsound Bank and The City of Port Angeles.
All building inspections have been completed and approved by the Department of Community
Development.
Completion of the driveway approach, culvert installation and walking path per approved engineering
plans submitted by Zenovic and Associates no later than August 3, 2006.
No occupancy will be pennitted to any other dwelling unit withm the Eckard Heights Subdivision until all
requirements and improvements are inspected, completed and approved by Public Works and Utilities.

The plan updated for the 2003 IRe was incorrectly done with the Bonus Room as the
standard layout. The Bonus Room should have been an option. We have revised the
plan to make the area of the Bonus Room open to below standard. We have retained
the Bonus Room as an option. Included with this letter are 8%"x11" pages with the

Dear Mr. Terris:
This letter is in regards to the request for an addItIOnal temporary occupancy certificate for the proposed buyer of
Lotll, Eckard Heights, more commonly know as 1152 Eckard Ave, Port Angeles, Washington 98362. Approval
for the temporary occupancy wIll be for the above referenced dwellmg unit only.
CondItions for the temporary occupancy that must be completed prior to fmal occupancy certificate are as follows:
All requirements and improvements to Eckard HeIghts shall be completed by August 3, 2006, to City
Standards as required by the City Engineer as identified in AssIgnment of Savrng Agreement established
between Jeff Priest, Westsound Bank and The City of Port Angeles.
All buildmg mspectIOns have been completed and approved by the Department of Community
Development.
CompletIOn of the drIveway approach, culvert installatIon and walking path per approved engmeermg
plans submItted by ZenOVIC and Associates no later than August 3,2006.
No occupancy will be permitted to any other dwelling unit withm the Eckard Heights SubdIVIsion until all
requirements and Improvements are mspected, completed and approved by Public Works and UtilIties.
