This letter is in regards to the request for a temporary occupancy certificate for the proposed buyer of Lot 8, Eckard-
Heights, more commonly know as 1159 Eckard Ave. Approval for the temporary occupancy will be for the above
referenced dwelling unit only, .
Conditions for the temporary occupancy are as follows:
.' All requirements and improvements to Eckard Heights shall be completed by August 3, 2006, to City
Standards as required by the City Engmeer as identified m Assignment of Savmg Agreement established
between JeffPriest,Westsound Bank and The City of Port Angeles.
All building inspections have been completed and approved by the Department of Community
Development.
Completion of the driveway approach, culvert installation and walking path per approved engmeering
plans submitted by Zenovic and Associates no later than April 28, 2006.
No occupancy will be permitted to any other dwellmg unit within the Eckard Heights Subdivision until all
requirements and improvements are mspected, completed and approved by Public Works and Utilities.
