Support beam installed 4x8 pressure treated for stability of floor joist span.
Floor is insulated with R -25 HD insulation
3 /4" OSB subfloor
Laminate tile floor as finished flooring.
-Cadet wall heater installed to heat space.
Attic insulation is R -38 Batts with additional loose fill insulation blow on top.
Recessed lighting replaced the existing overheat florescent lighting.
Existing exterior door was replaced with exterior French door
