Patch ceiling and cover completely with plastic sheeting
Install ceiling tile over plastic sheeting.
Wall above and around fireplace and Chimney
Replace headers above fireplace removed due to fire
Replace studs above fireplace removed due to fire with metal studs
Chalk brick seams to insure no air leaks
Remove side wall and replace with metal studs and new sheeting
Insulate above walls with fiberglass insulation
Sheeting to be used.
3/8 sheet rock on south wall and above the fireplace.
All wood framing to be face with metal flashing on sides towards
chimney
Paint repair area to match rest of room.
