Earth tech const. Is requesting an extension on the roofing permit (permit #10 -1129 108 s.Lincoln st.)
due to weather delay and scheduling differences is the reason for such a long delay in the construction
process. ETC is scheduled to start on the roof this week, 5/18/11. ETC. would appreciate your approval in

for the Upside Coffee House In order for this opening to meet the criteria of a second exit, the
following conditions apply
1) The door in the opening between the occupancies must not have a lock or latch unless it is
panic hardware, and it must swing in the direction of exit travel.
2) The exit door leading from the Amine occupancy must not have a lock or latch unless it is
pamc hardware and it must swing in the direction of exit travel.
4) An emergency exit illumination device with battery back -up must be provided that clearly
