I spoke with Andy and confirmed that the city owned pole will stay "as is" with the meter near the present
location.
In the future, they may have to convert to U/G or relocate the service entrance if an additional building is
built in the parking lot area.
With the owner being aware of these concerns, they can plan ahead for their property.
