EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW If no permit is issued within 180 clays of the date of application, the application will expire. The
Building Official can extend the time for action by the applicant up to 180 days upon written request by the applicant (see Section
RI05.3.2 of the International Building/Residential Code, 2003). No application can be extended more than once.

FOR. Removal of old roofing and installation of new roofing on house.
1. Remove two layers of composition roofing and haul to Port Angeles landfill.
2. Prep sheathing surface and install ASTM Building Paper
3. Install new Pipe Flashing, Counter Flashing, and "Style G" Edge Flashing.
4. Install new AF 50 Vents.
5. Install new Architectural Laminate 30 year Composition Roofing.
6. Any sheathing damage or other unforeseen problems with roof requiring
extra labor and materials will be at an extra cost and will be added to this
contract and will be discussed with owner
7 A partial draw of $2,000 will be required to start contract and final payment
