City Hall: $75,000 was awarded to the Parks and Recreation Department for an Energy Grade Audit Report. This is helpful asby 2027, reports must be submitted to the State regarding Washington State Clean Building Standards for appropriate upgrades. b. Senior Center: The HVAC and solar portion of the project is complete. However, installation of the solar battery was put on hold due to delays regarding shipping from China. However, the contractor will be moving forward with the installation shortly. c. Fire Hall: A new roof for the fire hall was installed and completed. Laurel Street Stairs:_The Laurel Street Stairs is a joint project with Public Works and Utilities. The Laurel Street Stairs are allocated as a transportation project.
