LETTER OF AGREEMENT
This is a letter of agreement between the City of Port Angeles and Computer Monitor Repair Station,
located at 130 North Third Street, Sequim, Washington, represented by Ken Fineberg, for services listed herein.
The City of Port Angeles will give to Computer Monitor Repair Station 18 computer monitors (listed below) in
exchange for services by Computer Monitor Repair Station. These services will be to repair 3 of the 18 listed color
VGA 14" computer monitors (Epson or AST only) and return them to the City of Port Angeles without charge. The
repaired monitors will be returned to the City of Port Angeles no later than November 22, 1996, will be in good
working condition, and will be warranted by Computer Monitor Repair Station in accordance with its standard
warranty.
Monitors given to Computer Monitor Repair Station. These monitors are in various conditions of working
and non-working:
1 each 20" NEC Multisync XL VGA color
2 each 14" Hewlett-Packard VGA color
3 each 14" AST SVGA-NI color
3 each 14" Epson Extended VGA color
2 each 14" Hewlett-Packard TTL Monochrome
1 each 14" ASTVGA~ j\i\ono
1 each 14" Zeneth TTL Monochrome
1 each 14" Hewlett-Packard EGA color with video card
1 each 14" VGA Monochrome
1 each 14" IBM CGA color
1 each 12" Prinston 12 CGA color
1 each 14"MM101 TIL Monochrome
1 each 14" NEC Multisync II VGA color
The parties have determined this to be a fair exchange, since the value of the 9 repairable monitors that
Computer Monitor Repair Station will keep is approximately $675 ($225 value for repaired monitor less $150 cost
of repair x 9) and the value of the 3 repaired monitors that the City will receive is approximately $675 ($225 x 3).
The remaining 7 monitors are outdated and have no value to the City but may have some resale value to customers
of Co ter Monitor Repair Station who have old computers.
