2. Prepare roof surface.
3. Install Metal Valleys, Drip Metal on Barage Board and install new Flashing
on Plumbing Vents.
4. Install 15# Building Paper on roof.
5. Install AF- 50 Roof Vents.
6. Install 30 -year Pabco Premium Roofing with Algae Block.
7 A start-up deposit of $2,000.00 will be paid to contractor when work is
started on roof.
