3) Bathroom: Install new fiberglass or plastic laminate tub wrap 5' over the bathtub.
4) Bathroom: Install new under layment and sheet vinyl floor covering. Insure that the base of the
bathtub/shower is properly caulked and install a metal strip to secure the vinyl. Vinyl allowance $16. 00 per
yard.
6)Kitchen: Sheetrock, tape, texture and make ready for paint the ceiling area where chimney is to be removed.
1100 I) Install new range with properly vented range hoodllight combination. Insure fan is properly vented to
the exterior.
2) Install new range. Material allowance $500.00.
1500 I) Kitchen: Re-mount sink on new laminate countertop. Insure proper drain lines, venting, p-trap and
shutoff valve.
2) Bathroom: Install a new 1B'W1iI...b toilet package and shutoff valve.
3) Insure that water heater pressure/temp valve is properly vented to the exterior.
3) Bathroom: Remount sink to wall and caulk.
4) Bathroom: Properly reinstall bathtub.
5) Install new properly insulated copper water lines throughout the crawl space. Replace from foundation to
fixture shutoff valves throughout. Insure drain line venting. Parolex Pest report of August 4, 1998 item # 5.
1600 I) Safe-up electrical throughout the house. Include crawl space and attic. All 3-prong outlets to be
properly grounded and all other outlets to have proper polarity. Insure that all accessible connections and
fixtures have proper junction boxes. All switches, outlets, and open junction boxes to have cover plates. Safe-
up/prep knob and tube attic wiring for insulation. Install new Romex as needed. Rewire the bathroom to
code. Remove old exterior wiring at front and back porch and disconnect wires leading to garage.
2) Install new hardwiredlinter-tied smoke alarms with battery back-up throughout the bedroom and hallway
areas to code.
3) Install a new F / A electric wall heaters through out house as needed to properly heat the entire house and
rear porch/utility area.
3) Kitchen: Install a new GFCI outlet near relocated the sink and new outlet for new range.

4) Back entry: Install a new exterior porch motion sensor or dusk -dawn security light and connect to a new
switch inside the kitchen,
5) Back entry: Install a new GFCI protected exterior outlet and cover plate to replace the existing outlet near
the front door.
6) Front entry: Install a new motion sensor or dusk-dawn doublc spot security light at the front of the house
over the front entry and connect to a new switch inside the living room entry.
7) Front porch: Install a new GFCI protected exterior outlet and cover plate to replace the existing outlet near
the front door.
8) Bathroom: Install a new GFCI protected outlet near the sink to replace the existing outlet.
9) Bathroom: Install existing wail mount light fixture over the sink and connect to a new switch to be located
near the doorway.
10) Bathroom: Install new over head light fixture with exhaust fan vented to the exterior and connect to a new
switch to be located near the doorway.
II) Properly secure all loose Romex wiring in the crawl space.
1700 I) Kitchen: Disconnect and remove the existing wood stove, Close off the chimney breaching. Remove
chimney from roof and patch hole with sheathing and 3 tab. 25 year composition roofing to match existing
roof
