agreement, and payment requests to be filed with the Military Department, Emergency Management
Division, forthe purpose of obtaining and administering certain state and federal financial assistance
under Section 404 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Act of 1988, P.L. 93-288, as
amended.
