There is no room in this easement, the easement will have sewer, power, and storm. These utilities are sized for multiple
structures on both lots adjacent to this easement.

The property owner's utiJJty easements that are in place for power and sewer, would it be possible to set the water meters for this
duplex at property on Lauridsen Blvd., instead of cutting the asphalt to do the street crossing to the waterline on the South side of
Motor Ave.?
This would require the owner to run water lines to the lot on Motor, but would save the $500.00 for the street restoration. We're
making effort to eliminate street crossings, which require asphalt restoration, where possible and thought this might be a good
place to do so. Let us know what you think.
