Curb and Gutter on West 12th
Trenia,
I inspected the curb and gutter forms on 7/27 on west 12th at Stu Kedish' 3 lot development. Form work
was fine. I spoke with Mike, Primo concrete crew foreman, about the 6' drops at the driveway, wetting the
subgrade prior to pouring, air entrainment, and application of chemical curing compound.
Visited the site just after 8AM on 7/28. Drops at driveway were being poured correctly, subgrade was
watered down, concrete load ticket indicated air entrainment, and a new container of chemical cure was
on site.
Final inspection can be made anytime after 7/28.
