I am requesting that my building permit for 103 W. 13th St. #10- 00000670) to rebuild a
deck and stairs be extended until June 5, 2012 to allow me more time to complete the
project. I choose that date as it represents one year since my last inspection on this
project.
I know that this project has dragged on for some time. Another building permit #11-
00000623) related to the above project was issued on June 23, 2011 and closed (passed
final inspection) on January 9, 2012. At the time of that final inspection, Jim Lierly
kindly indicated his willingness to give me more time to complete permit #10- 00000670.
I realize that if you allow me until June 5, 2012 to complete permit #10- 00000670 and I
don't meet that deadline that no further extensions will be granted and I will be required
to apply for a new permit.
