Dennis and I took a look at Doyle rd. today. There is an existing service to 187 Doyle. If
allowable this could be split as a quick solution. From this point the owner would have to
run his line to his property. We could tap the existing 8" city line and set a meter wi the
customer running a long service line. Another option would be for him to get permission to
tap the private line that would also have to have a meter set for it at the ROW.
Thanks
Ernie

Trenia,
Rec'd a call from Sasha Price, resident at 313 Doyle Rd., one of the residents on a private 2" water line. Her concern is that
the lot being developed North of 187 Doyle Rd. faces the street where the private water line that she is on is at, and that
the new property owner may think they can tap into the private line. Mrs. Price's phone # is 457.4789. .... . .
She would appreciate confirmation that the water line she is on is private, (they did have a leak fixed at their expense.in .the,
last couple of years) and that others can't tap into it at will. "po .,..'
187 Doyle Rd. appears to be tapped off the 20" water line, we may be able to split and do a 2 on 1 on that serviceforthe.
front lot?

water service
Ken Hendrickson is looking to subdivide a parcel on the south side of Doyle Rd. His brother Jason has
the property at 187 Doyle. This would be divided into a 2nd lot. Where would the water service come off?
The line that goes to the west is one we consider a pvt line, correct? The existing service feeding the
property appears to come off the 20" transmission line. What would we be looking at for installation costs
other than the regular fees? We don't have toner in the printer so I can't send a pdf picture until this gets
fixed. TF
