Dear Jim
I was out on site with John Christensen reviewing the foundation at 607 South
Cherry Street.
He now has the existing foundation supports exposed He requested to leave
the larger pier footings in place and place the new footings between them I
agreed he could leave the larger and stable piers in place We are requiring him
to drill and epoxy min 1 1 /2" into the existing piers with one of the number four
bars We also told him to do the same to the fireplace foundation
