3 Statement: On March�2, 2007 I was called to the above��said address. I met with�the
homeowner� to walk through the �electrical inspection with me. There were enough
unusual violations; ones that homeowners would tend to do; but our conversation and the
way tlie homeowner was acting raised red�flags for me. Statements from�the owner like:
l�."I wiil �call him to let him know."
2."He �sliould of probably known that."
This caused� me to ask the direct question- "Who did the wiring here? The owner stated,
after a long pause--------=---- "Bud Fraser did". I than directed the owner to the permit
and asked the question, could you really sign this permit in good faith? He stated that it
was a little vague.
