NEWS RELEASE
ROAD WORK AT REGIONAL TRANSFER STATION
Starting this morning, Bruch Bruch Construction will be removing the old scale shack building located near the
entrance to the Port Angeles Regional Transfer Station. Work will continue on Wednesday and is expected to be
complete by the end of the day on Thursday Resurfacing of the area will be scheduled at a later time.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane for both incoming and outgoing vehicles. Expect brief delays and traffic control
personnel in the area during working hours. Please drive through this area carefully Our goal is to complete the project as
quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Statement of Work
The Contractor shall do all work and furnish all tools materials and equipment in order to accomplish
the project described below Unless otherwise provided for in the Statement of Work, the Contractor will
by responsible for obtaining and paying for any and all permits required for this work:
1 Repair storm related damage to roof and sides of the Landfill pole barn (24 ft x 90 ft pole barn)
Replacement materials shall be new and match the existing in type and color

Extinguishers should be mounted adjacent to exits.
2) Each structure will require address numbers. Numbers must be at least 6" tall and of
contrasting color
3) The Hazardous Waste Storage Building must be equipped with a fire spnnkler system.
Separate plans are required.
4) The Hazardous Waste Storage Building must be equipped with a fire alarm system. Separate
plans are required.
5) The doors in the Hazardous Waste Storage Building must be fitted with panic hardware.
