We have reviewed two items on the Mike Perry project located at 130 west 11th
street. The first item was the Simpson 1-11 clips on the new rafters and the
second are the footings for the proposed carport addition
O
The new rafters over the flat roof section of the existing residence have Simpson
1-11 clips connecting them to the new plates The clips are at the lower bearing
points at the eaves We are not requiring additional clips to be located at the
ridge line
We have also inspected the concrete footings for the proposed carport addition
The drawings for this proposed addition are into the City for review and
permitting We review the owner requested to have us inspect the footing so the
concrete could be placed prior to getting a permit with you The footings were
constructed as we detailed them on the drawings and have attached the photo s
taken on site
