Scope of Work: Installation of new Roofing.
1. Remove existing Cedar Shingles and haul to PA Landfill.
2. Prep roof surface and install 15# Roofmg Felt and OSB Building Board.
3. Install new Drip Metal Flashing where needed and new Valley Metal
Flashing, new Plumbing Vent Flashing, and new Counter Flashing around
chimney
4. Install new AF -50 Vent System.
5. Install "Pabco" 30 -year, Laminate Shingles.
TOTAL ESTIMATE $7,359.15
*Pabco Roofing comes with a 30 -year Warranty from the company Lindquist
Construction guarantees their workmanship for five years under normal wear and
weather conditions. This excludes Acts of God such as violent storms etc.
