We, the undersigned purchasers of unit 1,,' in the, Cliff
House Condominiums, 226 West 2nd Street, Port Angeles,
Washington, do hereby make the following acknowledgements and
agreements, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, our assigns, and
any and all successors in interest to said property:
(1) We acknowledge that we have been informed that the construc-
tion of the twelve concrete footings and round plinths for the
carport of the Cliff House Condominiums was not inspected by the
City's Building Division, because the developer and /or contractor
failed to call for the required inspection at the time of the
concrete pour and subsequent backfill rim of all foundations
associated with the carports;
(2) We agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of
Port Angeles and its officials, employees and agents, from and
against any claims and /or lawsuits for damages or any other
relief due to property damage, personal injury, death, or any
other form of loss that in any way relates to the construction of
said carports.
(3) We further agree that this agreement shall be filed and
recorded with the Clallam County Auditor as notice to all future
owners or holders of any interest whatsoever in said condominium
unit.
