All necessary flashing. fasteners and sealants included.
Install 90' of metalvalley- flashing; drip- edge flashing around roof perimeter
and new neoprene boots on all vent pipes.
4 existing roof vents will be replaced and 4.new vents will be installed
to provide adequate attic ventilation.
Bath Kitchen exhaust vents will be replaced.
Bid includes free gutter cleaning and repair
Minor rot repair (up to $250.00) included. Any rot repair above $250.00
will be billed at 540.00 per man /hr plus materials.
