Application number 10- 00000277 is a permit for a backflow assembly on a lawn sprinkler system I talked to the owner
and he said he will not finish installing the sprinkler system till summer He will then renew or reapply for the permit.

Application number 00000606 is a permit for a backflow assembly to be used while doing construction This is nothing
but a mud hole at this time The permit can be signed off for the use of water for building the house When the house is
being built, I need to know if they are installing a fire or lawn sprinkler system

backflow assembly when they were doing the construction on 814 Caroline(10 -606)

These permits were issued back in 2010 I usually give you copies of each backflow permit that I issue over the counter
Did you receive those copies?
My question is whether or not you inspected and approved these projects yet, so I can final these permits and archive
them away
