A second inspection of your property at 533 E 5th St on February 05, 2004 indicated that
the property remains in violation of the City's Municipal Code section 8 04 and 8 05
Please see attached document for details
This letter will serve, as notice by the City of Port Angeles that action to correct the
violation must be taken by April 12, 2004 If the violation is not corrected, then the City
will take any necessary steps to abate the violation, per Section 8 05 of the Municipal
Code You will be held responsible for any charges incurred by a lien against the
property to abate the violation

An inspection of your property at 533 E 5th St on December 16, 2003 indicated that your
property is in violation of City of Port Angeles Municipal Code 8 04 and 8 05 Please see
attached document for details Please call us to discuss this matter and your intentions
on correcting the violations on the above mentioned property
