VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION In all cases, a valuation amount must be entered by the applicant.
This figure will be reviewed and may be revised by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. Contact the Permit
Coordmator at 417 -4815 for assistance.
PLAN CHECK FEE IF a plan check fee is due it must be submitted at the time the building permit application and construction plans are
submitted. All other permit fees are due at the time of permit issuance.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW If no permit is issued within 180 days of the date of application, the application will expire. The
Building Official can extend the time for action by the applicant up to 180 days upon written request by the applicant (see Section
R105.3.2 of the International Buildmg/Residential Code, 2003). No application can be extended more than once.

We have checked this plan and find that it conforms to the requirements of our codes and
ordinances, with the following comments
1) Per the International Fire Code, 1500 gallons per minute of fire flow are required for
type V -B structures such as the proposed storage buildings. This fire flow must be
available from a fire hydrant placed within 500 feet from the most remote point of the
structures on the property
2) Fire department access must be provided to within 150' of any portion of all buildings.
3) If a perimeter access control fence is installed, a KNOX locking keybox, KNOX padlock
or KNOX access control device must be installed in order to ensure after -hours fire
department access. Contact the fire department at 417 -4653 for KNOX ordering
information.
4) Address numbers will be required. Individual building identification will be required.
5) Fire extinguishers must be mounted in readily accessible locations such that no point on
the property is more than 75' from an extinguisher Fire extinguishers must be rated at
least 2A -10BC.
NOTE Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, compliance with the above
conditions must be met.
