A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT made this 7C' day of March, 1972, by and
between the CITY OF PORT ANGELES, a municipal corporation, here-
inafter known as the "CITY°', and GEORGE DURHAM, hereinafter known
as "OWNER" W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, GEORGE DURHAM is the owner of property contiguous
to the City of Port Angeles and presently has on file with the
City a petition to annex said property so that he may receive
City water, sewer and electric service; and
WHEREAS, the size of the piece of property which the Owner
desires to annex to the City is not of sufficient size to warrant
annexation at this time, but should be annexed in the future
with other property in the immediate area;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
herein contained, it is agreed as follows:
1. The City will allow the Owner to connect to the City
water, sewer and electric system.
2. The Owner will construct a single family residence in
compliance with all existing codes of the City of Port Angeles
applicable to RS -9 Zones and shall obtain a building permit from
the City at the standard fee and be subject to the inspection
required in the Building Code.
3. The Owner shall grant to the City any rights -of -way
the City deems necessary for the construction of utilities and
street and alley purposes.
4. The Owner and his heirs, successors and assigns will
upon the request of the City Manager of the City petition the
City for annexation of his property, either singularly or in
concert with others. Should he fail to comply with the City's
request, the City may cut off any and all service supplied to
the property by the City, including utilities.

View Addition to Port Angeles, according
to plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 of
Plats, Page 45, records of Clallam County,
Washington, lying Westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot
8 in said Block 6; thence in a Southwesterly
direction to a point in the South line of
Lot 15, said Block 6, which point is 22.4
feet west of the Southeast corner of said
Lot 15.
EXCEPT therefrom that portion of subject
premises lying northerly of center line of
the alley in Block 100 of F.G. Richard's
subdivision of Suburban Lot 14, Extended
in a Southeasterly direction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set
their hands the day and year first above written.
