Scope of Work:
1. Remove existing composition roofmg and haul to landfill.
2. Prep existing roof surface. The cost of any unforeseen changes or additions.
will be negotiated between contractor and owner
3. Install 7/16 OSB Building Board over Chip Lap to validate manufacturer's
warranty on roofing.
4. Install #30 Building Paper
5. Install new Vents and Plumbing Jacks.
6. Remove old chimney below roof line.
7 Install new metal flashing where needed.
8. Install 30-year Elk Laminate Roofing.
9 Homeowner agrees to pay contractor, Lindquist Construction Inc., $3,000.00
as a start -up payment. Homeowner agrees to pay contractor, Lindquist
Construction Inc., an additional payment of $3,000.00 when old roofmg is
removed and new roofmg has started. The final payment of $3,741.90 will be
made at completion of roofing contract.
