6. Roof Trusses: Trusses shall be designed by the manufacturer and design calculations shall be submitted for approval prior to
fabrication. Each wood truss shall carry a grading stamp. Top chord members shall be sized to accommodate snow load in note 1
and appropriate snow drifts as noted in the URC. No field modification of trusses will be allowed without the engineer's approval.
Live load truss deflection shall be limited to L/360. Total load deflection will be limited to L/240.

Handling Erection
Temporary and penna ent bracing for holding component

component until one all the framing and Paste mg are
completed. At no time shall loads greater than design loads

joists are made without camber and will deflect under load. Wood direct
