Following a public hearing conducted on July 6, 2009, the City of Port Angeles Board of
Adjustment approved a reduction of the minimum front yard setback requirement from 25'
to 20' for Lots 1 through 11 of the Walker Estates Subdivision (as approved September 18,
2007)
