The building passed inspection. Per your letter dated August 6, 2012, we understand that no further
plumbing work is to be done in the structure at this time. We have closed the permit and any
further plumbing work will require a permit from both the Building Department and Public Works.

The owner will not be connecting to sewer at this time. He is not sure when it would happen. I told him his permit will
expire and he would have to get a new permit for the connection whenever he connects in the future. He said he
understands and would do so when the time comes. will final the permit today.

complete the project. I have been out of the State for quite some time
