Dear Mr. and Mrs. Crumb:
I am writing this letter to inform you of the status of the above permit. The permit expired on
January 31, 2012. We attempted to call you to discuss them but did not receive a return call. At
this time the permit is considered expired. If you intend perform this work, you will need an active
building permit. If we do not receive a response by April 23, 2012, we will consider the permits
abandoned and you will need to reapply and pay all associated permit fees if you intend to do the
work in the future.
