The GRANTEE hereby accepts the quit claim conveyance of the above described property. Additionally, GRANTEE hereby covenants that the property described above along with the following property described as follows Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 8, Pennsylvania Park Addition, Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington. shall be designated as one zoning lot as defined in Section 17.08.130 `Z" of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. This covenant creates one inseparable building lot which may be divided only through compliance with the City of Port Angeles subdivision regulations as outlined in Chapter 16 -1- of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. This covenant shall be binding on the owner(s), heir(s), assign(s), and successor(s) in interest and is for the purpose of compliance with state and local land use and building regulations. This covenant may be enforced by injunction or other lawful procedure and covenant by the recovery of any damages resulting from non compliance.
