Lindley, the following described real estate situated in the County of Clallam, State of Washington: That portion of the vacated alley adjoining Lot 13, Block 8, Pennsylvania Park Addition, Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington. The GRANTEE hereby accepts the quit claim conveyance of the above described property. Additionally, GRANTEE hereby covenants that the property described above along with the following property described as follows Lot 13, Pennsylvania Park Addition. This covenant shall be binding on the owner(s), heir(s), -1- assign(s), and successor(s) in interest and is for the purpose of compliance with state and local land use and building regulations. This covenant may be enforced by injunction or other lawful procedure and covenant by the recovery of any damages resulting from non compliance.
