ORDINANCE NO. 7/6
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 376, of the City of Port
Angeles, entitled, "An ordinance granting unto W. F. Delabarre, his
associates and assigns, the right, privilege, authority and franchise
to,-construct, maintain and operate, a wharf on and at the Northerly
extremity of B Street, in the-Cfty'of -Port -,Angeles;''Washington "; -
passed by the City Council July 12.th, 1910, and terminating and an-
nuling the franchise thereby granted.
WHEREAS the term of the franchise granted by said Ordinance No.
376 has expired and the said franchise has been abandoned.
The City Commission of the City of Port Angeles do ordain as
,follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 376 of said city, entitled "An
ordinance granting unto W. F. Delabarre, his associates and assigns,
the,right, privilege, authority and franchise, to construct, maintain
and operate, a wharf on and at the Northerly extremity of B Street, in
the City of Port Angeles, Washington"' be and the same is now hereby
repealed, and that the franchise thereby granted be and the same is
.now hereby terminated and annuled.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after thirty (30) days after its final passage and approval
and lawful publication.
