Delabarre, Trustee, his asso- ciates and assigns, the right, privilege, authority and franchise to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate, a standard guage railroad, to- gether with switches and side tracks, over, across and upon Tumwater Street and other streets in the City of Port Angeles, Washington"', passed by the City Council July 12th, 1910, and forfeiting, terminating and annuling the franchise thereby granted. WHEREAS the franchise granted by said Ordinance No. 377, isnot in use and has been abandoned. The City Commissimn of the City of Port Angeles do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 377 of said city, entitled" "An ordinance granting unto 17. F. Delabarre, Trustee, his associates and assigns, the right, privilege, authority and franchise to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate, a standard guage railroad, together with switches and side tracks, over, across and upon Tumwater Street and other streets •in the City of Port.,Angeles,.Washington passed by_the City_Council July 12th, 1910, be and the same is now hereby repealed, and that the fran- chise thereby granted be and the same is now hereby forfeited, terminated • and annuled. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after thirty (30) days after its final passage and approval and lawful publication. Passed first reading 3-L14 4 , 1922.
