The City Commission of the City of Port Angeles do ordain as follows: Section 1 On and after, and as of January 1, 1926, the salaries, compensation and wages of the following named officers and employees of the City of Fort Angeles shall be and are now hereby fixed as follows: City Clerk. $135.00 City Treasurer 140.00 - Health Officer 25.00 City Engineer 250.00 Street Cleaner 100.00 • City Attorney 175.00 Fire Truck Driver 135.00 Assistant-Fire- Truck Driver 125.00 • Chief of Police 150.00 Patrolmen 125.00 Police Matron 25.00 Police Judge 50.00 Sexton 140.00 • light Superintendent 240.00 Light Foreman 160.00 • i Light Collector 135.00 Meter Reader 125.00 Light Clerk ili 1perl 105.00 Water Superintendent ! 200.00 ;later Pcrernan 170.00 • Water Rent Collector 135.00 • Section 2 All of said salaries, compensation and wages shall be paid monthly. Section 3 All ordinances,and parts of_ordinances, conflict herewith are hereby repealed, 1 Section 4 This ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the inhabitants and people of said City of Port Angeles, and shall take effect and be in force immediately upon, and from and after its passage, approval and lawful publication. Passed first reading by the City Commission Jannsry 20th, 1926. Passed second reading by the City Commission January 27th, 1926. Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Commission January 27th, 1926. Approved and signed by the Mayor this 27th day of January 1926.
